Sensory Room Call out and report including bubble tube/wall clean (Out of warranty)

For our Learning SPACE sensory rooms we can call out and investigate any product issues, fixing where possible and providing a product report. 

We will endeavour to repair onsite but in the event that something needs to be taken away for further investigation, ordered etc we will provide a report with quotes for you to approve before anything goes ahead.

This call out includes a bubble tube/wall clean and team training refresh on cleaning.

  • Northern Ireland based only
  • £35 per subsequent hour, plus the cost of any materials and VAT.

Care of your equipment
Please note:
  • Your equipment will last longer with care. Remember your establishment has a direct responsibility to ensure the sensory environment is maintained.
  • We strongly suggest you appoint a person responsible for the area. Please
    ensure daily cleans are undertaken of your fibre optic tails, vinyl and other
    surfaces. (see training videos and guides provided)
  • Bubble tube water is recommended to be changed every 6-10 weeks and
    bcb liquid added. Remember we can provide bubble tubes changes with our call outs.  (see training videos and guides provided)
